Shipping & Returns

At Soma Mo, every piece of my work are handmade piece by piece , and every piece is one of a kind , some pieces might be adjusted to customer size accordingly. 

Shipping & Delivery 
All Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post within 72 hours of receiving payment. Shipping fees are determined according to destination address and chosen method of shipping. All Canadian orders are subject to GST, which are collected at the time of check out. 
At this time our website only ship within Canada. Please contace us by email or phone if you would like to order from elsewhere. 

Insurance and tracking are included in the shipping and handling charges. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that your emailis valid. 

 

Refunds or Exchanges

If your purshase is incorrect size or fit, or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email me at  info@somamo.ca,with your request for a refund or exchange . Items must be in the mail enroute back to me within 7 days of you receiving your package. Your refund will include original shipping charges, but the return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility. Items must not have been worn and must be in the condition they were when they arrive.

Refunds will be issued only once items successfully been returned.
